Current Bid Opportunities
On January 1, 2025, the Procurement Department migrated from Periscope S2G to Bidnet Direct.
Bidnet Direct (For solicitations issued after 1/1/2025)
We are pleased to announce that the City of Miami Beach migrated to Bidnet Direct ("Bidnet"), a new electronic bidding (e-Bid) platform, on January 1, 2025. It is important that you register with Bidnet as soon as possible. Vendors not registered with Bidnet will not be notified of new bid opportunities released by the City. Bidnet provides convenient online access to our bid information and other agencies' bids throughout Florida.
If you are currently a vendor in Periscope and did not receive a registration email from Bidnet, please visit https://www.bidnetdirect.com/florida/cityofmiamibeach through Bidnet Direct's Florida Purchasing Group and select the "Limited" package for free agency bids. Registering or receiving notifications of matching solicitations and addenda is free and easy and will only take a few minutes. You do not need to register again if you are already registered as a vendor with Bidnet Direct's Florida Purchasing Group from another local agency. Refer to the guide for registering and submitting an electronic bid here.
If you need help registering, please contact Bidnet Direct's Support Department at 1-800-835-4603, option 2, or support@bidnet.com.
