Miami Beach residents who live in designated Residential Parking Zones (view zones on map) can apply for a Residential Parking Permit. Once your residency is confirmed and your permit is approved, you will be automatically enrolled in the Residential Parking Program, giving you access to exclusive benefits such as discounted hourly and monthly parking rates, waived transaction fees and the Text Before Tow notification service.
Vehicle registration and proof of Miami Beach residency are required when applying online.

- Vehicle Insurance (provide proof of insurance listing your name as an insured for the vehicle)
- One of the Following Documents as Proof of Miami Beach Residency (mailed within the last 30 days — no electronic/internet bills)
- Utility bill (electric, gas, cable, landline phone)
- Mobile phone statement
- Bank or credit card statement (hide credit card number)
- Vehicle insurance statement
- Mortgage or property tax statement (most recent)
