Records Management
Requests can be made via the Civic Access portal. View instructions for submitting a records request online.
The process takes between five to seven business days. Customers will be notified by email or phone.
Completed requests will be made available for download, CD, or print. Print copies may be requested on the letter, legal, or ledger-size paper.
Permit and Inspection history, drawings, applications, and various Building related documents.
Customers may make payments online. Fees related to public records requests may be found on page 10 of the Fee Schedule .
